Broker General Manager

Joe Lester is the General Manager of Harton Realty. He has been very instrumental in the growth of Tullahoma including commercial developments and many residential subdivisions. He is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed insurance agent, and is part owner of Lester-Greene-McCord-Thoma Insurance. He has an extensive knowledge of the history of Tullahoma. He is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast. He and his wife Ann have three daughters, 4 granddaughters, 3 grandsons and are very involved in church, civic and educational functions.

Broker/Assistant General Manager

Daryl Welch has been  the Assistant General Manager and Broker of Harton Realty for 25 Years. He makes his home here in Tullahoma with his wife Lori and two children, Brianna and Brady. He has a Graduate and Undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate degree from Motlow College. He enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time. He is involved in church and civic activities. The real estate field has given him the opportunity to meet new people coming to the area as well as helping friends and family with their real estate transactions. Daryl can help you with any of your real estate needs.  Daryl has been voted Tullahoma's Finest Agent 6 years in his career

Linda Hawkersmith,

 Affiliate Broker/Office Manager

Linda has been a licensed real estate agent for over twenty years and is currently working as Daryl's assistant and office manager. This gives her more time to spend with her family but still be involved in real estate. She lives in Tullahoma with her husband Steve and they are involved in church and enjoy showing and riding horses. They have 2 children and 4 grandchildren who also live in Tullahoma.

Stephanie Dowdy, Affiliate Broker  

Stephanie a seasoned realtor with 21 years of experience serving Middle Tennessee.  Her real estate career started in the greater Nashville area before she returned home to the Tullahoma area with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Shelby.  She has an extensive knowledge of all types of service including vacant land, lake properties, luxury homes, first-time homebuyers, new construction, and investment properties.  Stephanie ensures top-notch service and expertise for her clients.  She also has a passion for remodeling and design, which enhances her ability to help clients envision the full potential of their homes. Natalie Marty, Affiliate Broker

Natalie is a Tullahoma native and full time agent at Harton Realty Co. Natalie is active in church and civic activities. She is a volunteer at Farrar Elementary school and a new member of the Tullahoma Noon Rotary Club. Natalie and her husband have two children. Aimee Whitt, Affiliate Broker/Assistant Office Manager

Aimee has lived in Middle Tennessee most of her life and is knowledgeable about the area and community. She worked in communications and banking before starting her career in real estate.
