Joe serves as the General Manager of Harton Realty and has played a key role in Tullahoma’s growth, contributing to numerous commercial projects and residential developments. He is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed insurance agent, and part owner of Lester‑Greene‑McCord‑Thoma Insurance.
With an extensive knowledge of Tullahoma’s history, Joe is also an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast.
He and his wife, Ann, have three daughters, four granddaughters, and three grandsons, and they remain active in church, civic, and educational activities throughout the community.

Natalie is a Tullahoma native and a full‑time agent with Harton Realty Co. She is active in both church and civic life, volunteering at Farrar Elementary School and participating as a member of the Tullahoma Noon Rotary Club.
Natalie and her husband have two children, and she brings a strong familiarity with Middle Tennessee to her work. She would be honored to assist you with your real estate needs.

J.T. Ozburn is an Affiliate Broker with Harton Realty, known for her commitment to excellence and the strong relationships she builds with clients. With family roots tracing back to the Short family, early settlers of Tullahoma in the 1800s, she has always felt a special connection to the community.
Raised in Williamson County, J.T. graduated from Boston University and began her real estate career in marketing and sales before becoming a Realtor in 1989. Her background includes work with new construction, historic homes, and residential remodeling.
J.T. has three grown sons, loves spending time outdoors, and hopes to pick up golf soon.
